Rachael plays a key role across Enhance, supporting both our creators and the day-to-day running of the agency. Alongside assisting with talent management, she leads our social media, bringing fresh ideas, a creative eye and a deep understanding of what makes content connect. As a creator herself, Rachael understands both sides of the industry, making her an invaluable part of the team and a trusted support for our talent.
